Chocolate fondue for breakfast???

Glad you guys enjoyed the  Dragon Fruit post and the awesome video re: reversing Diabetes in 30 days.  It’s pretty amazing, in our class we even had some awesome success stories about reducing their insulin within a few days!! YAY!!

Before I get to FOOD, just wondering how many of you are tried out P90x??   I started yesterday, it’s hard core!!  After not being overly active, I had a tough time with the first workout, and only finished 1/2, but I’m going to to get through the program, even if it’s not exactly the program!!    Have you tried it?  Any tips?

Now onto food………….

Did I tell you we started out one day with AMAZING chocolate fondue for BREAKFAST!!!    ok, maybe not something to do every day, but it was AMAZING!!

DSC_1875

DSC_1877  Hello beautiful!!!!!!!     The fondue sauce was amazing and had tahini in it!!! :)  So yummy (and in the cookbook!)

Another thing that I love,  Nori Wraps!!   I had sushi for lunch yesterday and realized I MUCH preferred these wraps to sushi! (shocking coming from a sushi addict!)

Can you seem them in there!! haha

DSC_1907 we also made our own sweet and sour sauce and ginger!

DSC_1903 I LOVED these two… the ginger was to die for… way better than the aspartame stuff you get with sushi!

Another fabulous lunch!!!  Garden Veggie Soup with Brasil nut cheese!!   Wow…  I didn’t think I would like this one, but it was awesome!!

Another beautiful desert…..  any ideas?

DSC_1991 DSC_1988 I was soooooo in love with this stuff…

As you can tell, this resort is very peaceful and there is a beautiful spiritual vibe to the whole place…  I loved the little hidden Buddha’s around the resort… so now to leave you with a picture of one of them and some Buddha Wisdom… :)

( I love Buddha’s – to me they represent HAPPINESS, Laughter, Joy and Goodness.    I have them all over my home!)

Dragon Fruit recipe!

Good morning!!

Another beautiful day today, I LOVE sunshine, it makes me so  happy!

I’ve had a few questions re: Rawness haha…

Q – Are you still 100% Raw?

A- I’d say I’m about 80% still.  Which I am pretty happy about.  My morning starts off with a big green smoothie (frozen strawberries, bananas, macca powder, spirilina, kale or spinach and a date for sweetness – and a new favorite – PARSLEY

Lunch has been a big snack plate with different salads, veggies and a few taco chips for fun!!

Dinner (last night) was a veggie burger with a lettuce bun, jam packed with guacamole, salad on the side with an energy ball for desert!

Q – We want recipes…   can you share?!

A – I would LOVE to share the recipes, but they are all in www.rawrose.com book!!   But she has quite a few of her awesome recipes HERE, I have made all of them and they are great (especially the Banana Lemon Pie and Hummus)

I’ve decided not to do a day by day anymore, as that would mean I have 6 days to document, so I will just share some more photos!!

Sunshine burgers with jicima fries!  Perfect for your RAWBQ!  haha
