A Few More

Good morning!!

Glad you guys enjoyed the Caramel Recipe!!  I tested it out on Banana Soft Serve last night and it was pretty amazing!!

I just found a few Newfoundland pictures I thought you might enjoy, I got off track with posting with my course!!

Check out this cat!! DSC_1763 He’s a Maine Coon, and the sweetest cat around!!

Also a few pictures from Gros Morne National Park.

Watch out for MOOSE!!  Funny thing, we drove through the park, were there for about 4ish hours and didn’t see a SINGLE moose!! DSC_1632 Look how beautiful this place was… DSC_1644

We enjoyed all the food while there, but I really enjoyed coming home and doing 2 weeks raw!!!

  2. I do love snack plates. I tend to have a lot of veggies, some kind of dip, cheese, crackers, olives or olive spread.

    So good!

  4. Snack plates are THE BEST!! I love that you are eating more raw now. I seem to function a lot better when I eat a high raw diet.

  5. I love snack plates with carrots, mini cucumbers, zucchini & yellow squash, and apples. Yumm! Yours look so delish and fresh by the way. How do you structure them (like do you always make sure to add a protein, veggie, carb, fruit, fat, etc.)?

  6. Ahhh I love snack plates! I am addicted to organic cucumbers with a tad bit of organic dijon mustard on them!

    Ahhh so tasty!

    That is one big cat! So freaking cute!

    This caramel sauce looks amazing, but I can't have sesame seeds.....or tahini do you think I could use another butter?

  7. I live in New Brunswick but I've never been to Newfoundland, it looks so pretty!!
    My mom used to make snack plates for lunches, esp in the summer, I loved them as a kid! I think it's time to make my own!

    My mom used to make me snack plates in the shape of my name, or a smiley face or other such things :-)
