My Wednesday EATS!

Glad to hear you all enjoy the randomness of Dairy Free Betty! Makes it more fun, then you never know what you are going to find!!

It’s been awhile since I’ve done my “daily eats” so here goes nothing!

I started the morning with toasty party…  what is a toast party?

Toast smothered in tons of goodies of course!  Almond Butter, chia seeds, honey, macca and this stuff…
Tropical Twister Blend…

Mmmmmmmmm it was good!
The Tropical Twister Blend tasted like JAM!  In this blend was 100% organic ingredients including – Gum acacia, black currant, acerola, pineapple, goji, stevia, inulin(FOS), ascorbic acid, lingonberry, apple juice powder, pomegrante, mangosteen, blubeberry, acai and lemon!

Know what all those ingredients mean to me?  VITAMIN C by the boat loads and Superfood packed!

I wasn't sure what to do with this stuff, until I tasted it, then I realized it would be awesome in smoothies or on toast as a jam subsitute!   The only downfall for me, I dislike the taste of stevia, and this stuff has it :(

With my toast I of course had some cold brewed coffee (click on the link if you missed it  yesterday!)

For lunch I had my left over sushi!!  MM I heart sushi!!

Then I ate an un-pictured apple with almond butter!

And later snacked on an un-pictured green monster… which I will tell you about later when I give you my review on this stuff…

For dinner, I was in a hummus mood, good thing I picked up this gem at the store the other day!

Isn’t she pretty!

This stuff was delish – the only downfall is I had to eat it in 2 days (recommendation), that’s pretty quick!!

So I made myself a lovely veggie/hummus/pita chip plate…

Totally hit the spot!  I tried out some pita chips I bought the other day too…
I really liked them, but was a little shoked when I flipped the bag over.
They have 240 calories and 9 grams of fat per 18 chips.
SeeeeShhhhhhh... that's higher than most chips!  I felt a little scammed too, since they note "baked and simple naked on the pack"  I guess it's my own fault for not checking out the nutritional info..

I think I might make my own next time, even though they were super tasty!

Then I watched American's Next Top Model!  Did anyone else watch??
I am LOVING the bald girl... she is SOOO beautiful!

I also polished off some popcorn with loads of water!!

Ok… Jolene at Everyday Foodie has a great little Reader survey you to do!!
