Amazing Avocados. Rawness Day #3

Good morning!!!!!

Well my course is coming to an end tomorrow, which is sad, but I am really excited about all the fun stuff I’ve learned!! I’m on day 8 of being 100% Raw (ok, maybe I had a little bit of popcorn one day) and I feel great!!!

Still not sure how I will incorporate Rawness into my life, so that will be interesting to see!! :)   Any thoughts on this would be good to hear!

So very worth the effort…. (which isn’t too much to be honest)

We had this with some awesome oatmeal… topped with fruit

Lunch – I think this is one of my favorite things.   Lucky you if you live around here, you can get them at Zen Zero!

They are actually called in the cook book Amazing Avocados… and they really are amazing!!

After seeing that meal, I realized I missed a meal from somewhere, so I’ll have to add it in randomly!! haha

Dinner!!!!!!

Zuchinni noodles with marinara and neat balls  and Tahini Turmeric on Greens, Apple Pie

I so love this thing, I’ve ordered one so I could make these noodles!

I won’t be posting this weekend, but I’ll be back on Monday with a recap and a link to the course and COOKBOOK (which I recommend to anyone interested in raw foods, as it’s easy to prepare stuff and not tons of ingredients!)

BTW – I’lll be adding all the pictures I take to my facebook page… so if you want to see more, come visit there!

Now…

HOW ARE YOU!?!?  I haven’t been reading blog posts as I am up too early and home to late, so I’d love to know how you are!!
