Credit where credit is due!

As you all know… there are some amazing blogs out there!!

This morning I was reading my favorite blogs and came upon some really cool stuff!!

First off… This is a drool your face off recipe;  A must make from Tasha the Voracious Vegan herself,  VEGAN Hot Fudge Sundae Cake…  Seriously?  Have you seen anything that looked so good?

Next up.  I love this blog and I have spices in the mail from their yummy spice company!  Today they had a chart that has spice/vegetable combinations – Looks great!! Check it out!

Ok… something fun I have been eating!!

PITA PIZZAS….   whole wheat pita, with pizza sauce and loads of veggies!!

DSC_1187  Then topped with “CHEESE”…

DSC_1194 I remember reading about this “cheese” on someone’s blog (if it was you let me know!)  It’s just hummus and nutritional yeast and a little bit of lemon juice!  Mix it up and pour over pizza before baking!

DSC_1193The “cheese” wasn’t quite right, so I’m going to have to play with it a bit… maybe add some spices to it or something!!  But it was close!! So nice to eat pizza with “cheese” again!! YUM…

I’ve also been snacking on these……

I LOVEEEEEEEEE this product… It’s brilliant, really!! Such a perfect snack… I’m having a hard time keeping them for our upcoming trip!!

I also made some Chocolate Covered Strawberry Oatmeal with this

I mixed in 2 TBSP of this strawberry powder with my oatmeal and topped with chocolate chips!!  MMMMMMMm  So good!!

Check out their website for more details!!
